Our core mission of protecting our investment partners’ capital begins with our sole focus on multifamily properties. The firm’s strategy focuses on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide. Historically, multifamily has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upturns. Within multifamily, Class B & C provides one of the most attractive investment opportunities due to the imbalance between the strong and growing demand and limited new supply of these units.

Our approach to acquiring and managing real estate is modeled on the successes of our investment experiences. Real estate investment is the cornerstone of consistent wealth. Multifamily investments generate ongoing passive income focusing on appreciation over time through added value. Real estate is a physical asset that can always be monetized by renting, selling, or refinancing the property, irrespective of financial market conditions. This makes real estate a far more stable investment than stocks and bonds, which are highly susceptible to the day-to-day fluxes in the market. Furthermore, multifamily assets have proven to be the safest asset class within the real estate investment space.
Casey Mcconville

As a young man working on the water was always what brought him joy. So, after 40 years of working on the water and the last 20 years as a Captain on tugboats he decided it was time to transition to grow generational wealth. Since Casey loves people and has always had a great rapport with folks he meets, he naturally is a great landlord as proven by his smaller rental properties. When multi-family properties appeared on his radar, he saw the ability to make impactful meaningful changes in peoples’ lives. With his background of being on the ocean for months at a time, knowing how important a stable place to call home is paired with his strong work ethic and desire to continually improve, Casey is an admirable investor in multi-family properties. His belief is that generational wealth is obtainable for every investor. Others seek him out and invite his knowledge, expertise, and advice in all walks of life. Justice R. Dougherty
Underwriting and Asset Management | Managing Partner
In 2015 at age 19, Justice launched his first retail and online e-commerce business Cedar Creek Botanicals, which began as a startup and quickly grew to $500,000 a year in gross sales. With his extensive background in business management, asset management, e-commerce transactions, and marketing, he attended a multifamily real estate seminar soon after starting JRD Capital Investments LLC, focusing on acquisitions and underwriting. By leveraging key relationships with lenders, brokers, insurance agents and KP’s, he’s found his space in the multifamily industry.
Bryan Twitchell
Investor Relations Specialist | Managing Partner
Bryan brings 16+ years of business and real estate experience to the table, working largely in the residential, commercial and multifamily space. Furthermore, he has been a business and real estate investment strategist for multiple companies, working across many verticals. He has performed business and real estate training in all 50 states, and a number of countries including, but not limited to: Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand and many Asianic countries. His primary focus is overseeing capital raising and investor relations.
From 2014-2016 Bryan was part of an investment group that did between 30-60 deals per month.
Bryan has over 400 units, primarily in the Midwest and the South.
Bryan is committed to building long-term relationships and providing investment opportunities outside of the status quo to investors in order to build long-term financial security with the utmost professionalism.
Jennel Mills
Underwriting and Asset Management | Managing Partner
With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jennel has honed her skills in managing Class A office space and overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets. Throughout her career, she successfully executed large capital projects by collaborating with construction management teams to ensure their seamless implementation. One of her most notable achievements was a $13 million, 2.5-year transformational project involving a complete lobby renovation and elevator modernization for a distressed downtown commercial office tower. The project also took place amidst the challenges posed by the unprecedented pandemic and civil unrest, and she effectively managed tenant expectations while implementing new operating procedures and maintaining open lines of communication.
In addition to her project management expertise, she is experienced in building strong relationships with owners and asset managers. She has a proven track record in generating comprehensive financial reports, developing budgets, and serving as the primary property management point of contact during due diligence for high-value office building sales exceeding $100 million.
With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, she is now excited to embrace the opportunities presented by multifamily investing.

Tyler has been investing in real estate for over 14 years. Today, Tyler controls over 2,500 apartment units throughout five states, nearing $300MM. He sponsors and is a managing operator in new opportunities brought to market.

With 15 years of Real Estate experience, Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
